Pure Elegance-layout with Studio75 "The Berry Copse"

Hello there, dear crafty friends! It's Lynne here with a layout I created using the lovely "The Berry Copse" papers and a photo of  one of the beautiful statues my son has visited during his past few years living and going to school in China. I thought the colours set the photo off so well, and I added some paper flowers from the Scrap & Craft store and cut up one of the metal flowers to create leaves.

I flattened the flowers a bit and inked them with moss green ink to coordinate with the papers and the fussy-cut greenery. There were so many lovely floral bits to cut out and they added just enough extra dimension to my page. I used Martha Stewart border punches for my edges. I hope you like my page and I wish you a wonderful week!

Dream Forever card with LemonCraft

Hello everyone!

Emmy here today with my first post for July. Can you believe that we are already half way through the year?!
For today's post I designed a card using the wonderful papers from LemonCraft and Scrapiniec chipboard.

Products used to create this card:
Scrapiniec - Brush art script - Dream
White cardstock, 30x30 cm
White Pearls
Mulberry Paper Magnolia Flowers x 5 - White
Pink Cherry Blossoms
Double Sided Tape 12 mm
3D foam cubes

Take a 30 x 30 cm white cardstock and cut off a 21 x 15 cm stripe. Fold it in two to create the card card base. Cut a 10 x 14 cm and 9 x 13 cm panels from pattern papers from the Yesterday basic scrapbooking papers pack. Distress their edges using a paper distresses and a paper piercing tool and adhere them to the card base.

Die cut a paper doily from the pattern paper and adhere the chipboard sentiment on top using glue dots.

To decorate my card I used pink and white blossoms and die cut leaves.

As a final touch I added self adhesive pearls.

I hope I managed to inspire you today!

Have a wonderful creative week!

All-occasion card and tag set

hello crafty friends!! Lynne here with a card and tag set made with the beautiful Morning Dreams II collection; I love the warm, homey look of woodgrain papers and the soft patterns set the background off so well.

I added fussy cut flowers from the paper and a little cheesecloth, then did a little stencilling with texture paste before misting lightly with Tattered Angels glimmer mist.
The title piece was created with a stackable label from Gypsy Soul Lasercuts; I heat embossed the bottom layer and covered the top one with paper before adding a diecut sentiment.

I used the same techniques on the tag, distressing and inking the edges and attaching the fussy cut bits with adhesive foam tape. The diecut sentiment was heat embossed like the label on the card.

The larger white flower is from the store, and the smaller one that I found in my stash coordinated quite well with it.

Thanks so much for stopping by, and I wish you a wonderful and creative week!
