Yesterday Memories... Mixed Media LO by Simona
Hello everyone and happy Sunday! Simona's here with some new inspiration with this Mixed Media Layout...
I love everything Vintage, so I thought that Sheet n.03 from the Studio75 Cherry Blossom 12x12 paper set would have been the perfect base for my project...I decided not to use too many colours in order to keep it simple and give the right importance to the cluster.
I applied Clear gesso on the paper, then started to stamp on the edges and add modeling paste for more texture and interest...as already said, kept my palette pretty simple, using only 2 colours: a vintage brown and a black, then splattering with white and black inks.
For my focal point I have ripped few strips from the Cherry Blossom 6x6 paper pad, distressing the edges, then stamped few clocks images, fussy cut them, distressed and added to the cluster.
I have also used a beautiful Clock chipboard by The Mini Art, embossed it, cut it in 2 and glued it to the paper.
Then some thread, stickers and paper dolls to finish it off.
For a more vintage look I have added also some lace and this lovely organza rose trim.
These are the supplies from SCRAP & CRAFT Store:
- Studio75 Cherry Blossom 12x12 paper set
- Studio75 Cherry Blossom 6x6 paper set
- Studio75 Designer stencil - Marocco Clover
- The Mini Art Clock with cogs chipboard
- Agateria Grille n.3 stamp
- Organza rose trim - ecru
- Bambino Glue gr.45 tube
Thank you for stopping by, hope you liked today's project! See you next time...
Kisses&Hugs!
Simo.

Artist Trading Coins with Simona...
Hello everyone and Happy Sunday! Simona's here with some new inspiration...
I love ATC - that is Artist Trading Cards - but recently I keep seeing these 'round' ATC, which are called Artist Trading COINS...the measurement is 2 1/2 inch, or 6,4 cm, of diameter...basically no difference but the shape...so...why not try and make a set of them!
The main struggle has been finding something I could use as a guide, since I have no dies or punches that fit...so I have used a jar lid that was just perfect. Traced in onto white cardstock, than onto scraps of the Cherry Blossom paper I had left and glue them together...this project is perfect to use those bits and pieces of leftover paper!
The assemblage is very easy, lots of fussy cutting for the elements, used foam tape to raise some of them, add some black thread and that's it...
Hope you liked the results and will try and make some too...would love to see them!

Card with chocolate
Hello everyone, it's Monika today with new inspiration for you.
This time I made a card with a pocked inside for a chocolate and used Cherry Blossom paper collection by Studio75 for it. This collection has extra die cut sheets which can be used for fussy cutting, I used few of the cherries to give even more dimensions and interest to my project.

Hope that you can see how this extra cherries gives nice lift to this project.

Studio75 "Berry Cherry" birthday card ~ Lynne
Hello dear crafters! Lynne here with a step card featuring a combination of papers from two Studio75 collections, "The Berry Copse" and "Cherry Blossom". I found the neutral papers in the two packs coordinated beautifully together, and the soft green was a lovely complement as well.
I started with a 6" x 12" strip; after a few folds and cuts I ended up with this stand-up shape
I left the chipboard piece uncoloured as the natural shade matched the papers so well:
The Berry Copse paper pack, 12x12
Cherry Blossom paper pack, 12x12
Organza Rose trim , ecru
Scrapiniec Happy Birthday
So glad you stopped by, and I hope you enjoyed seeing my card!! Have a wonderful, colourful, creative week!

Curiosity...Mini Inspirational Journal with Simona
Hello everyone and happy Sunday! I'm Simona and I want to show you my latest project for Scrap & Craft DT...a Mini Inspirational Journal...
I have decided to create this little Art Journal in order to store in one place those pieces of cardstock that I use to practice new techniques or test new products...Then the idea to add a lovely quote to each page turned this 'practice journal' into an Inspirational Art Journal !
The structure itself is really basic...used black thick cardstock as a base for each page, then cut a 1" wide piece of cardstock and scored in half to create an hinge...everytime I have a new page I simply stick it to the black cardstock with double sided tape, and add a new hinge. Easy peasy!
To create this grungy and yet romantic little spread I added texture and interest with stamping, stenciling and washi tape...used brown and black inks to add depth, then splashes of white to highlight. Added a couple of die cut gears and the beautiful MiszMasz Daisy frame chipboard that I have embossed with new embossing powders from my stash.
Stamped the focal image onto a sheet of Cherry Blossom 6x6 paper, distressed the edges and added shadows and colour with markers.
These are the supplies used from SCRAP & CRAFT STORE:
That's it...hope you enjoyed this project... See you next time!

Enjoy LIFE Layout by Simo
Hello everyone! Simona's here with
another tutorial...today I want to show you a Layout I have made
using the beautiful CHERRY BLOSSOM 12x12 paper set by Studio75, for a
cherished picture of me and my little Sister...well not that little
anymore, but she will always be the little baby Sis to me...This pic
was taken during a stroll in the park on a lovely, sunny Easter day, with blossoming trees all around...
I used the 'Cherry Blossom 02' sheet as
a base, covered with Clear Gesso, then applied some modeling paste
through a stencil....
spattered with inks and set aside.
Took a piece from 'Cherry Blossom 01'
with a contrasting pattern, added Clear Gesso then started to add a
'handwritten stamp' here and there, to enhance a bit more the
writings that were already on the paper. Added some subtle shadow
using Studio75 Stencil 'MAROCCO CLOVER', then some modeling paste
through a script stencil. When dry added splash and drops of various
inks in pink/fuchsia shades, then spattered with black ink and
attached this strip to the main base using a stapler. Added some white thread where the modeling paste is...
Time to build the focal point and add
the embellishments: Coloured a piece of cardstock using various green
inks and sprays, then stamped with the 'BRANCH' Unmounted Clear Stamp
using black ink and fussy cut the leaves. From two strips that come
in the paper set I fussy cut some flowers and leaves too, then glued them using BAMBINO GLUE .
Under the photo I added black thread, a
die cut branch from black cardstock, the stamped leaves, some PAPER
FLOWERS and a piece of black cardstock. Then added a CHERRY BLOSSOM
BUTTON, a cut out from the Add-on strip that comes in the paper set,
a die cut word painted with pink inks and a word stamped with a Dymo.
To finish it off I glued few rhinestones here and there...and here it
is...my ENJOY LIFE Layout.
These are the supplies used that you
will find in the SCRAP & CRAFT Shop:
- PAPER FLOWERS (PINK CHERRY BLOSSOMS – Mulberry Paper Magnolia Flowers)
Thank you so much for stopping by, have
a great Sunday and remember to enjoy every moment!
Kisses&Hugs!
Simona.

Masculine Steam Punk Card with Tracey
Hello dear Scrap & Craft friends!
It's Tracey back with a new project for you featuring the fabulous Studio75 Cherry Blossom Collection. While this is a beautiful feminine collection with lovely floral designs, there are also graphic papers in the collection that are perfect for masculine themed projects. My husband has a birthday this month, and I've created this steampunk card to celebrate.
Tips and Techniques
The card base is trimmed from one of the Studio75 Cherry Blossom 6x6" papers, and the birthday sentiment is trimmed from a strip included in the 12x12" collection. I placed the birthday sentiment on a piece of randomly trimmed black plastic mesh brushed with metallic art wax. I also lightly brushed the black sentiment strip with white gold wax to get a grungy feel.
I used the Studio75 Small Brick Stencil with concrete art medium to add texture. I have quite a collection of found and purchased steampunk elements. I selected some to arrange on the card, so perfect with this graphic paper and brick texture.
The background paper is stamped with grungy crackle and text stamps. The steampunk elements are brushed with several colors of wax, then brushed with rust and patina effects paste. Around the elements, I randomly brushed on Bambino Glue and sprinkled with bronze microbeads for added texture.

To create this card you need one 14 x 14 cm white card base. Then you cut a 13,5 x 13,5 cm panel from a pattern paper from The Peony Avenue Paper Pack and distress its edges using a paper distresses. To adhere the pattern paper panel to the card base, you will need a foam mounting tape.
As a final touch, I sprinkled bluish mist on top.
For my sentiment I used a sentiment tile from the Cherry Blossom 6x6 paper set and a ticket fussy cut from The Peony Avenue Paper Pack. I added a die cut paper doily and rhinestones to decorate it.
To complete my design I added paper flowers (Peach Cherry blossoms) and fussy cut peonies from The Peony Avenue Paper Pack pattern papers.
